Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation's 1336-RLOAD-SP2A is a spare part kit in the form of a board. It is interoperable with the 1336 drives, including the 1336 Plus, Plus-2, Force, and Impact drives. In addition, the module is primarily available as a spare component kit under the 1336 product line. It has a load resistor of 6.8 kilo ohms. This part can also be used as a load resistor with 230 volts AC (alternating current) rated drives with output power ratings ranging from 7.5 to 30 horsepower. This spare part kit is essential for frame B and C drives as a single kit per drive. This board can also be used with compatible drive families' 460 volt AC rated Frame B, and Frame C drives with output power ratings ranging from 7.5 to 20 Hp. Similarly, it can be used with 15 to 20 horsepower output rated 1336 PLUS II drives rated at 460 volts AC. This kit can also be utilized with additional voltage ranges from the same drive families, apart from the compatibility with the above-mentioned voltage-rated drivers. Aside from that, 1336 drives have ESD-sensitive components requiring ESD protection. For example, before performing any drive work, the bus capacitors should be emptied to prevent electric shock. Furthermore, DC bus voltage can be checked using the terminals on the TB1 terminal block designed for this reason. The operation, maintenance, and configuration of this kit must be conducted by trained personnel, and safety precautions must always be taken during the assembly and operation.
