The 1336 Plus II drive 1336F-BRF20-AE-EN is a micro-processor based variable frequency drive. This state-of-the-art drive offers reliable performance in controlling 3-phase motors using volts per hertz or sensorless vector modes. It provides protection to the motor from under or over voltage, drive overcurrent, overheating, external signal, drive output short, ground fault, encoder loss, load loss, and single phase trips. It also has overcurrent and overvoltage stalls and six drive alarms as well as easy to use fault reset input. There are special functionalities such as auto economizer, auto tuning, and auto restart on power up that are very useful to the operator in day-to-day conditions. The module has vast programmability in terms of dual acceleration, deceleration profiles, three skip frequencies, DC injection braking, dynamic braking, negative slip (droop) compensation, S-curve acceleration and deceleration profiles, line loss restart mode, preemptive current limit, fault memory of last four events, flying start, and up to seven preset speeds. The drive has a voltage rating of 380 – 480 Volts AC or 513 to 620 Volts DC with a power rating of 1.5 Kilowatts (2 horsepower) with open-type enclosure and English language for interfacing. The AC input overvoltage trip limit is 570 Volts AC and undervoltage limit is 280 Volts AC. The bus overvoltage trip occurs at 810 Volts DC and the undervoltage trip is 400 Volts DC with a nominal bus voltage of 648 Volts DC. The heat sink thermistor is used to monitor for overtemperature trip with the microprocessor. The drive has a power ride through of 15 milliseconds at full load.
