The 1398-DDM-009X is an Allen Bradley universal digital drive module, an ultra 100 and is a part of 1398 Drives family which offers control of velocity, position and current of drive system. The module inputs a single phase 100-240 Vac with input frequency of 47 – 63 Hz and nominal input current of 9 A_rms. It outputs a continuous 0.6 kW at 120 Vac_rms and 1.2 KW power at 240Vac_rms with a continuous current of 5 A. It also gave a peak output of 1.3 KW at 120 Vac_rms and 2.7 KW power at 240V_rms with a continuous current of 15 A. It comes with bus capacitance of 1880 μF. The module has a user memory to store parameter up to 20 years and a speed control command range of 0 to ±32,767 RPM. The module has 2 digital 12-24 V outputs and 4 12-24V digital inputs. It has a 26LS33 Auxiliary Encoder Signal Input with count frequency of 4 MHz and AM26LS31 or AM26C31 Differential Driver for Motor Encoder Output. It comes with the storage and operating temperature of about -40 to 158 ℉ and 32 to 131℉ respectively with relative humidity of 5 to 95%. The module can tolerate up to 15g shock and vibration up to 2g at (10-2000 Hz) and the weight of the module is approx. 4.5 lbs.
