Allen-Bradley's 2094-PRS8 is a power rail. The 2094-PRS-x Series of power rails includes this item. There are 8 inverter slots and 1 converter slot on this model. Power is delivered from the 2096 Integrated Axis Module (IAM) to linked Axis Modules (AM) or inverters, slot filler modules, and the shunt module via the 2094-PRS8 8 axis power rail, which is compatible with Kinetix 6000 drive systems. This device can accommodate up to 7 additional modules and 1 IAM. This power rail can also accommodate one IAM, six AM, and one shunt module. This unit works with both 230 volts alternating current (AC) and 460 volts direct current (DC) power systems. A braided ground strap of 100 millimeters (3.9 inches) is included, as well as a cover for each connection slot. This cover keeps small contaminant particles out of the slot, preventing them from causing internal harm, especially if they're electrically conductive. The cover also protects the user from coming into contact with the conductor pins. Direct panel mounting is possible with the 2094-PRS8 power rail. It contains mounting holes and tables to aid in correct and secure installation. Proper grounding and bonding are required for safety, and the use of a zinc-coated subpanel or a steel panel is advised. The dimensions of the Allen-Bradley 2094-PRS8 power rail are 63.25 x 55.12 x 26.67 millimeters (24.9 x 21.7 x10.5 inches). Furthermore, utilize 2090 series motor feedback cables or connection kits, and stop the feedback wire shielding appropriately. The length of drive-to-motor feedback wires should not exceed 90 meters (295.5 feet).
