The Allen Bradley 20BD040A0AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 700 three-phase AC drive with a 480 volts AC voltage rating and a frame size of 3. This device has normal duty ratings that include a current rating of 40 amperes and a power rating of 30 horsepower at 480 volts AC and 60 hertz input. It has NEMA Type 1 Enclosure, IP20, and can be installed inside or outside of a control cabinet. It also comes with instruction documentation. It features an IGBT brake, an EMI filter with CM choke, and a 24-volt DC vector control option that only uses DPI. This drive is not equipped with HIM and without an internal braking resistor. The drive should be kept in a clean environment free from dust, fumes, and other corrosive vapors to prevent damage to the hardware. The humidity rating of this drive is 5 to 95 % and has a pollution degree level of 1 and 2. When storing the drive, make sure the ambient temperature is between -40 and +70 degrees Celsius. The operational temperature of the drive recommended by the manufacturer is between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius. This device also has a vibration rating of 1 G and can withstand a shock rated up to 15 G for an 11-millisecond duration. Vector control with patented Allen-Bradley Force technology, sensorless vector control, and volts per hertz are the three motor controls available for the 20BD040A0AYNANC0 drive. Other features of this drive include position indexer/velocity profiler, high-speed analog inputs, limiting, bus voltage regulation, programming flexibility, kickstart, and much more.
