The 20BD180A3ANNAND0 is an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 700 adjustable frequency AC drive with many control algorithms that provide an exceptional degree of control and performance. For basic fan and pump applications, the drive has volts per hertz control. It also has SVC, which provides a high degree of torque performance across a wide range of operating speeds. The 20BD180A3ANNAND0 also has vector control, which ensures good torque regulation and low-speed or zero-speed performance. The Allen-Bradley proprietary FORCE technology in this PowerFlex 700 drive ensures that the drive can provide great low-speed performance, even without the encoder feedback function. The 20BD180A3ANNAND0 has a 480 VAC power supply, and the drive is a 3-phase module with no precharge. The drive has an amperage rating of 180 amperes and a horsepower rating of 150 HP.

The frame size of this AC drive is 6, and the enclosure is an IP20 NEMA/UL Type 1 enclosure. The human-machine interface of the 20BD180A3ANNAND0 is simple to use. A complete numeric keypad is supported via an LCD on the HMI. It doesn't come with an IGBT brake, and the drive doesn't have a brake resistor attached to it. High-speed analog input on the 20BD180A3ANNAND0 increases the drive's reaction to torque or speed commands. The programming flexibility of the 20BD180A3ANNAND0 allows settings to be connected inside the drive. The 20BD180A3ANNAND0's storage atmospheric average temp is -40 to 70 degrees Celsius, while the working atmospheric average temp is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The drive has a non-condensing relative humidity rating of 5 to 95 percent.
