The Allen-Bradley 20BD8P0A0AYNANA0 AC Drive is a VFD from the PowerFlex 700 line of products, which includes high-performance digital drives that are designed to offer superb speed and torque control for a three-phase induction motor in sensitive applications. This drive employs slip compensation to give 0.5 percent open-loop speed regulation throughout a 40:1 speed range without an encoder, and it has standard motor control with programmable output frequency for speed and torque control. The 20BD8P0A0AYNANA0 has a 480 Volts AC nominal rating and a 432 to 528 Volts AC acceptable input range, as well as a 5 horsepower output power rating. It also has a nominal current rating of 8 amperes, a displacement power factor of 0.98, and a PWM efficiency of 97.5 percent.
