The 22F-D6P0N103, which is an adjustable frequency AC drive, comes with two different control methods. These methods include the Sinusoidal PWM and the Volts per Hertz (V/Hz). Unfortunately, it doesn't feature any internal PID. It comes with an HIM. There are many other communication protocols starting with the ProfiBus DP, the DeviceNet, and the Dual Ethernet I/P. There are five (5) discrete sink inputs. There is one (1) discrete output that supports C form contacts. The analog input supports 4 to 20 milliamperes of power. Also, it can operate in 0 to 10 volts of direct current. There is one replaceable metal oxide varistor (MOV). This feature makes this drive ideal to be used underground and in small areas. To minimize the inrush current, this drive comes with a replay pre-charge feature. It is designed to provide automatic IR compensation. For faster communication, this drive comes with an RS-485 port. Unfortunately, there are no CE filters on this HMI drive. When operating at full power, this drive can produce 3 horsepower and 2.2 kilowatts of power. Four hundred and eighty (480) volts alternating current is the input power rating on this drive. The shipping dimension of this drive is 3.94 inches x 6.85 inches x 5.35 inches. Thanks to its compact design, this drive only weighs 4.6 pounds. Along with supporting panel mount, it also supports DIN mounting. It is designed to take over a wide array of applications. At maximum, the 22F-D6P0N103 can support 122 degrees Fahrenheit. When operating, this drive supports 50 to 60 hertz.
