The Allen-Bradley 2711-K10C10L1 is a state-of-the-art operator terminal and is a member of the Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PanelView 1000 Color Terminals. It is equipped with a 10.1-inch color display and can be configured using a keypad that is also built in the terminal. The color display provides the user with a more interactive environment to work with. The terminal can be easily configured using the keypad. The operator terminal takes an input power of 85 volts to 264 volts of alternating current. It also comes with 1008 kilobytes of memory for storing data, files, and applications. It is also fitted with a remote I/O port which can be used to connect to a scanner or a sub scanner on a remote I/O network. Alongside the RIO port, there is also an additional standard RS-232 serial port that can be used to connect to a printer. This port can also be used to connect to a personal computer and transfer files to and from the operator terminal. The operator terminal is enclosed within a NEMA 12/13 or 4x enclosure. This enclosure provides durability and sufficient ventilation for cooling the operator terminal. The terminal can be operated in environments with temperatures ranging from 0° to 55° Celsius. The terminal is also equipped with features such as universal language support, online printing, and screen security.
