The MPL-A4540F-SJ24AA by Allen Bradley is an amazing product because it is the representation of brush-less motors with high-output and reduced sizes. Hiperface protocol is one of the methods used to utilize the minimum number of wires or cables used inside the motor. There are circular bayonet connector cables to connect the motor with other products. These connectors are placed in front of the shaft that is keyed for maximum security. However, the shaft is not water-resistant, which means it is unsealed. The motor has an enclosure with ratings IP50 and IP66 which determines that the motor is dust-resistant. The design and specifications of this motor are all originally designed by the company. The MPL-A4540F-SJ24AA has a 24 V direct current brake inside the motor, which retains the memory on the loads inside the drive when the power is cut unexpectedly.
