About

The VPL-A1003F-PJ14AA is low inertia permanent magnet rotary servo motor with optimum driving ratings of Kinetix 5700 and Kinetix 5500.  It has a voltage rated at 240 volts. For ease in servo connection, there is a single speedtec right angle DIN connector that is 325 degrees rotatable. The motor shaft rotates with an angular speed of 4500 revolutions per minute. To reduce the speed of revolution to the needful speed, the servo drive has a holding brake with a direct current rating of 24 volts. Rotary digital feedback is given off by an 18 bit single-turn and 12 bit multi-turn high resolution encoder. The single turn provides one turn absolute position feedback whereas the multi-turn provides 4096 turns absolute position feedback. The system bolt circle frame size is 100 millimeters. To provide rigidity to the stator, several stators are stacked up giving a longer and more powerful motor. It is a 3 magnetic stack that helps to reduce eddy currents. The International Electrochemical Commission (IEC) electrical standards is applicable for the mounting flange. The free mounting holes is of type FF.

The device leverages on high production as it is designed for dynamic performance applications such as material handling, electronic assembly, in automotive industry, packaging and converting. The applicable servo cables that functions with the device is 2090-CSxMIxx-xxAA/AFxx (TPE) cables and 2090-CSxMIxx-xxVA/LFxx (PVC and PUR) cables. The rated motor output is 190 to 7160 watts and the system has a high torque to size ratio. It constitutes a shaft key. The motor type is an AC asynchronous brushless servo motor.
