The 1756-IF8I has a resolution of 24 bits. This module offers high performance for output response times for floating-point values by providing an input sampling time of 1 milisecond. The 1756-IF8I module can be employed in several applications mainly in the industrial field. The 1756-IF8I module can be supplied from the ControlLogix chassis with a current consumption of 400 milliamps. The 1756-IF8I module can be mounted easily on a 1756 ControlLogix chassis under power without either stopping the production or field calibration.
