The 1756-LSP is a controller module. The 1756-LSP controller module should be installed in an ambient industrial setting. It can be operated at a maximum temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. The surrounding air temperature must not exceed this limit. This controller supports a non-condensing humidity rating of 5% to 95%. This controller module can absorb an operation shock of 30 G. On the other hand, this controller can absorb a non-operating shock rated at 50 G. At 10 to 500 hertz, this drive can absorb an operation vibration of 2 G. In order to inform the users about the operation status, this controller uses its front-mounted LED indicators. The LEDs are used to display error messages and other status information. The LEDs will work even when the module is shut off. This controller belongs to the GuardLogix line of controllers from Allen-Bradley. This controller is specially designed to implement safety tasks in every possible industrial setting. For best performance, this device should be installed along with a GuardLogix module. This industrial controller is ideal for SIL 3 safety and PLE safety applications. 

It should be partnered with GuardLogix systems. It can also be paired with other safety partner devices. The 1756-LSP controller module should be installed at the right end of its partner controller module. For flexibility in use, this controller module comes with a replaceable lithium battery. The battery also helps with backing up the memory store inside the CompactFlash card.
