The Allen-Bradley 1756-PBXT is a power supply module that is part of the 1756 ControlLogix XT power supply series. The module requires an input voltage from between 18 and 32 volts DC with a nominal input voltage of 24 Volts DC. This power supply is rated for a maximum input power of 70 watts and is able to generate a power output of 52 watts, if operating in a temperature range of -25 degrees to 70 degrees Celsius (-13 degrees to 158 degrees Fahrenheit). This module is rated for a maximum inrush current of 30 amperes and has a current capacity of 2.1 amperes at the 24 volt operating range. This power supply module is intended for usage in applications that may be used in extreme environments that have an environmental temperature range between -20 degrees to +70 degrees Celsius (-4 degrees to +158 degrees Fahrenheit) when used with FLEX I/O-XT components. When used independently, the ControlLogix-XT system is able to operate in environments where the temperature ranges from -25 degrees to +70 degrees Celsius (-13 degrees to +158 degrees Fahrenheit). This power supply is rated for an isolation voltage of 250 volts continuous with a reinforced isolation type. It has been tested to withstand a DC voltage of 3150 volts for up to one minute. This module is meant to be installed on the left side of a 1756 chassis. It has an approximate weight of 0.95 kilograms (2.1 pounds) and has approximate dimensions of 14.0 x 11.2 x 14.5 centimeters (5.51 x 4.41 x 5.71 inches).
