The 1756-RM ControlLogix Redundancy module that was designed and produced by Allen Bradley has the purpose of keeping a single point of failure from crashing the entire system. This module includes one LC Fiber optic single mode connector, as well as module status light emitting diode (LED) such as PRI and COM along with OK, which indicates the health of the system redundancy, as well as module operation.
