The 1783-BMS10CA is a switch made by Allen-Bradley. This device is included in the Stratix 5700 series. It is a managed Ethernet switch featuring up to 10 ports for connection. Allen-Bradley recommends that a minimum of two inches of clearance space be provided around all sides of this module in order to ensure the temperature of the unit does not increase beyond the rated working range. Copper wire with a standard size of 20 to 18 AWG is recommended for the DC power connections.
