The Allen Bradley 1783-NATR is a NAT router. This tool helps devices to be integrated into present communications systems. This module has a single Ethernet interface port that allows up to 32 translation mappings as well as Linear or Device Level Ring (DLR) topology. The 1873-NATR module enables the use of an SD card for non-volatile memory storage of the module's settings. This product has a default IP address of 192.168.1.1 for private ports and 169.254.1.1 for public ports.

Allen Bradley's 1783-NATR is a NAT Router. For example, a solid copper Ethernet interface may translate IP addresses from a linked equipment subnet's networking to other IP addresses in an Ethernet connection. Up to 32 translation mappings are supported. Its rackless design enables it to be mounted connecting directly to DIN rails setup or connecting directly to the mountable bracket. It is compatible with both linear and device-level ring (DLR) topologies. Additionally, it contains a website that is possible to access through a regular internet browser and the standard IP link of 192.168.1.1.
The 1783-NATR enables protocol rerouting. CIP, ICMP, HTTP, and the Domain Name System (DNS) are all examples of popular Ethernet-based protocols that may be redirected. The module also has status indicators that indicate the module's state. The OK LED shows that the module is operating normally. In addition to the status of the two selected connections, the General point LED displays the transmitting data rate as well as link activities of the public port.
