The Allen-Bradley 1784-PCIDS is a universal DeviceNet PCI scanner card. This card features one DeviceNet terminal which aids in linking the host device to the DeviceNet network if there's a need for an observation, along with configuration and explicit messaging, as well as an input or output scan. The 1784-PCIDS card enables the host computer or workstation to connect to DeviceNet networks for monitoring and configuration, along with explicit messaging, as well as input or output scanning. This card is installed in an available PCI slot and it has a PCI rev. 2.1 mechanical form factor, with physical dimensions that measure 4.2 inches x 4.721 inches.
The Allen-Bradley 1784-PCIDS DeviceNet PCI card gets its power from the PCI bus.
