The Allen-Bradley 1794-TB3 is a Terminal Base Unit. This unit provides sixteen (16) I/O connections with eighteen (18) common and voltage terminals. This device permits the backplane formation by offering I/O point wiring. The 1794-TB3 supports a voltage of either 125 Volts DC or 125 Volts AC at a frequency range from 50 to 60 Hertz. The device employs the backplane optical isolation offered by optocouplers to provide electrical isolation of 125 Volts continuously. This terminal base unit supports a current of 10 Amperes.
