The Allen-Bradley 1794-TB32S TBU is a Flex I/O 1794 series terminal base from Allen-Bradley. The current module is rated at Six Hundred and Forty Milliamperes at Five Volts DC and its I-O terminals are rated at 2 amperes maximum and these are among the prominent features of this Allen-Bradley TBU device. Additionally, the isolation voltage between the field wire terminals and the Flexbus is tested at 2121 Volts DC for 60 seconds. Moreover, some other features include a temperature range of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius for operation, -40 to 85 degrees Celsius for non-operation and a non-condensing relative humidity range of 5 to 95 percent for non-condensing relative humidity. The 1794-TB32S TBU device is certified to withstand thirty grams of operational shock, fifty grams of non-operating shock, and five grams of vibration at Ten to Five Hundred Hz To create a full Flex I/O control system, each of the Flex I/O series input and output modules require an Allen-Bradley terminal base unit, such as the 1794-TB32S TBU module, which allows snapping onto a DIN rail on the input and output adapter module's right side. TBUs from Allen-Bradley are available with a variety of termination choices, including clamp, screw, and spring. This TBU features a spring clamp termination with 32 I/O, 8 commons, and 8 +Volts connectors. It has a maximum current capacity of 10 Amperes and is utilized in applications with voltage ratings of up to 31.2 Volts DC. Additionally, a copper 0.34 x 3.3 millimeter 22-12 AWG wire is used for this module.
