Allen Bradley's 1794-TBN is a TBU and it has sixteen I/O terminals, an electrical rating of 250 Volts AC or DC, and a max current capability of Ten Amperes. The module features two common connections, two +voltage terminals, and a NEMA-type screw clamp for bigger gauge wire, as well as a cover for 10 I/O wirings and I/O termination. The FLEXBUS rating for the 1794-TBN is 5V DC and 640mA, with a V/COM terminal value of 250V DC/AC at 50-60 Hz and 10A current. It has a terminal screw torque of 1.4 Nm and voltage isolation that is depending on the unit module put in it. Copper wire with a 0.34 x 3.3 mm2 solid or stranded wire size and a 1.2 mm thick insulation is used for the base circuitry. It's labeled with the T4A and IEC T4 temperature codes and has open-style housing. It has a rated temperature range of -20 to 70 °C and is kept at a temperature range of -40 to 85 °C, with an ambient non-condensing relative humidity of 5-95 percent. It measures 94mm x 94mm x 69mm (3.7in x 3.7in x 2.7in) when the module is mounted, and it is CE, CSA, C-TICK, CUL, GOST, KC, MARINE, and UL approved. Lastly, In order to ensure the safety of the user and the well-being of this terminal base, it should not be forced into the adjacent base/adapter. When the units are forced together, the hook can bend or break, allowing the units to split and break communication over the backplane.
