The 150-C19NBD is an SMC-3 Smart Motor Controller device from Allen-Bradley. With an open-type enclosure and Delta compatibility, the Allen–Bradley 150-C19NBD is a 3-phase, 3-wire SMC-3 solid-state smart motor controller, and is utilized in a variety of applications, such as chillers, grinders, compressors, pumps, and fans. This device has a control voltage rating of 100 to 240 volts, as well as a current rating of 6.3 to to 19 amperes. The 150-C19NBD can even handle current ranging from a few milliamperes to several hundred amperes. Also, this device's voltage for the input line ranges from 200 to 460 volts AC at a 50 Hz frequency. Depending on the voltage, the power rating of this device ranges from 1.5 to 5 horsepower (Hp) at 200 volts alternating current, 2 to 5 Hp at 230 volts alternating current, and 5 to 10 Hp at 460 volts alternating current at 350 percentage starting duty. At 450 percent starting duty, however, this device has power ratings of 1.5 to 3 Hp at 200 volts alternating current, 2 to 3 Hp at 230 volts alternating current, and 5 to 10 Hp at 460 volts alternating current. 

This device has an LED (light emitting diode) indicator that displays RUN, OFF, and fault situations, with the number of flashes indicating the sort of fault. It also contains a rotary switch that makes it simple for the user to customize the controller's motor FLA. The primary START/STOP status and various controller modes can be readily selected using the DIP switches. The reset button switch on this controller also doubles as a hold-to-test button to look for errors.
