The 150-C201NBD is an Allen-Bradley SMC-3 Smart Motor Controller. This unit is a solid state controller with Delta compatibility. This motor controller uses an open enclosure and has dimensions of 8.86 x 22.05 x 10.45 inches. The 150-C201NBD is rated for a coil voltage of 100-240 Volts AC (3-phase). This unit has a current rating of 201 Amperes (Amps) at a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz (Hz). It is rated for between 40 and 60 Horsepower (HP). In terms of atmospheric conditions, the maximum operating altitude of this controller is 2,000 metres above sea level and the safe non-condensing range of relative humidity for this controller is very wide band of 5% up to 95%.

The 150-C201NBD has an operating temperature range between -5 Degrees Celsius and +50 Degrees Celsius. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25C all the way up to +85C. The 150-C201NBD features 5 operating modes: kick-start, coast-to-reset, current limit start, soft start, and soft stop. This controller also features a light emitting diode (LED) status indicator light and a number of configurable and programmable settings. These include a motor FLA rotary switch, a reset button which enables rapid testing for fault conditions, and DPI switches to configure start/stop profiles. Because of this versatility, the 150-C201NBD can be used with a wide range of motors, including lifts, compressors, chillers, pumps, fans, mixers, and more. The 150-C201NBD has internal protection against electronic motor overload, phase reversal, and excess heat buildup. It also has an SCR/Run bypass.
