About

This servo motor, as being part of 1398 Ultra series, can be used with in motion control system. This is brushless servo motor has low inertia which, in turn, helps the device achieve a high acceleration. Neodymium-iron boron magnets are used within the device's design. This motor has a speed of up to 6000 rpm and continuous torque of 5 to 450 lb.-inch. This motor features neodymium-iron-boron, ferrite, neodymium magnet rotors. It comes with IP65 enclosure rating (Environmental connectors) and 2000-line incremental encoder standard. This servo motor can be used Packaging machinery, Smart conveyors, Material feeding, High-duty cycle applications and Pick-and-place machines. The rotor moment of inertia for this servo motor is 0.0041 lbin.s^2 and for brake motors it is 0.0048 lbin.s^2. The friction force is 0.60 lb.-in and damping is 0.40 lb-in./kRPM. Th motor net weight is 21.4 lb. and the brake motor net weight is around 26.0 lb. it comes with the winding and thermal resistance of 0.69 ohm and 0.57 ºC/Watt respectively. it has 6 poles and K_E voltage constant of 60 V/kRPM. It has a storage and operating temperature range of about -25 to 158 ℉ and 32 to 104℉, respectively, with a relative humidity range of 5 to 95%. The module can tolerate up to 10g shock and vibration up to 2.5g at (30-2000 Hz). The rated voltage of the motor is 0-250 volts of direct current, or DC, and a maximum switching current of 5A. The contact is normally closed and insulation dielectric can withstand up to 1500Vac for 1 minute.
