The IC694MDL260 is a grouped category input module having 32 discrete inputs. The inputs are grouped into 4 isolated groups having 8 inputs in each group and each group is isolated between the others. The input is indicated by using an LED varying from 1 to 32 which implies whether the input is on/off. The maximum inrush current of this IC694MDL260 module is 7 Amperes. The model can be easily incorporated with 3 primary types of terminal boxes that are the box style, extended box style, and spring style terminal block. The presence of a red band label depicts it as a high voltage module. The IC694MDL260 can be easily installed in any I/O slot in a RX3i system. It must be employed with an RX3i CPU and cannot be used with a sequel of 90-30 PLC CPU.
The input voltage and current ranges from 0 to 132 Volts AC and the rated voltage of the module is 120 Volts AC. The on and off-state current depicts the current needed to turn on and off, which is 5 milliamperes minimum for turn on and 2.5 milliamperes maximum for turn off. The power consumption rate of the module is 220 milliamperes at 5 Volts DC. The input filter time ranges from 20-2540 milliseconds in 20-millisecond increments delivered from the CPU. During system operations in the input filter, time can be easily fixed by the programmer by entering a filter value setting from 1 to 127 decimal that is using assigned output data citations. The IC694MDL260 module assigns the ambient temperature to turn on the inputs at the same time which is known as Thermal Derating.
