The IC694MDL741 is a 12.0/24.0 Volt DC Negative Logic 0.5 Ampere Output Module. It offers 16 output points which are divided into two groups with each having 8 output points. Each group has a common power output terminal. This negative logic, 0.5 Ampere, 16-Point Output Module has many negative logic attributes as it sinks current (A) from the loads to the negative power bus or user common. The output devices are attached between the positive power bus and the output terminals. The output features are also very compatible with a variety of load devices including motor starters, solenoids, and indicators. Users must supply the power from an external source for the operation of field instruments. Each light emitting diode (LED) can indicate the status of each output. No fuse is available on this module. The IC694MDL741 is a low voltage module that can be easily indicated by the blue bands labeled on the module. This easy to install 16-Point Output Module can be installed in any input/output (I/O) slot in an RX-3i system.
The output voltage range of this negative logic module is from 12 to 24 Volts DC. The output voltage drop is 0.5 Volts maximum. The ON response time and OFF response time is 2 milliseconds maximum. The output current is 0.5 Amperes maximum per point and 2 Amperes maximum per common. The off-state leakage is 1 milliampere maximum. The power consumption is 110 milliamperes from 5 Volts bus on the backplane when all outputs are ON.
