This remote scanner can be connected with I/O modules to build an I/O nest. The IC693BEM330 is compatible with most Series 90-30 I/O devices. The IC693BEM330 contains two 9-pin male D connectors for two FIP bus wires and a single FIP synchronization wire connector with a lug for grounding cable. This module draws a current rating of 609 milliamperes at a voltage of +5 Volts DC.

This remote scanner can be connected with I/O modules to build an I/O nest. The IC693BEM330 is compatible with most Series 90-30 I/O devices. The IC693BEM330 provides full control of the I/O nest operations in the appropriate mode and scans and checks both analog and discrete I/O modules, maintains I/O scan timing, and maps I/O data information to application variables of the FIP. The IC693BEM330 can sense both module and system errors and reports these failures and input transitions to the FIP network.

The IC693BEM330 can communicate with a data rate of 1 Megahertz and store the network configuration in the case of a loss of power. This remote scanner can be programmed using the hand-held programmer and can support FIP messaging services and interact with external synchronization signals. The IC693BEM330 offers either pulsed or blinking outputs and provides chatter detection and the input filtering feature. It includes four (4) LED indicators on the faceplate to show the current status of channels. The IC693BEM330 contains two 9-pin male D connectors for two FIP bus wires and a single FIP synchronization wire connector with a lug for grounding cable. This module draws a current rating of 609 milliamperes at a voltage of +5 Volts DC. The IC693MDL241 weighs approximately 290 grams (0.65 pounds) while shipping.
