The IC200CHS025 is a compact spring-style Input / Output carrier. It comes equipped with 36 different IEC box-style terminals. It is designed, and manufactured by GE Fanuc, and is meant to be used with the GE Fanuc VersaMax family. It is ideally used for enabling backplane communication. Furthermore, it also supports field wiring, as well as mounting on I/O module. It is meant to be mounted on a DIN Rail with a dimension of 7.5 millimeters x 35 millimeters.

The IC200CHS025 compact spring-style Input / Output carrier is meant to be installed on a DIN rail. The ideal height of the DIN rail should be 7.5 millimeters x 35 millimeters. Users should be able to easily snap this input output module on the DIN rail with a simple snap. For ensuring Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), users must ground the DIN rail electrically. Users should not put paint on this module after installation as it seriously hampers the ability to transfers electricity to the ground. For best performance, users must use a conductive corrosion-resistant finish. 

The GE Fanuc IC200CHS025 compact spring-style input / output carrier must be panel mounted. Panel mounting enables this module to transfer mechanical vibration, ands hock to the ground effectively. Installation is pretty easy as this module comes with a dialing key pad. The keys will always match the keys visible at the bottom of the module. Users do not need to use external tools to properly install this module. Users are advised to latch the module to the carrier using the built-in latch hole. 

The GE Fanuc IC200CHS025 compact spring-style input / output carrier comes with a datasheet user manual, and a wiring diagram. It comes with support for 36 IEC box-style terminals. It is meant to be used with the VersaMax family of GE Fanuc products. It is ideally used for field wiring, I/O module mounting, and establishing backplane communication. It should be installed with a DIN rail measuring 7.5 millimeters x 35 millimeters. For the best performance, it must have a conductive corrosion-resistant.
