The GE Fanuc Emerson IC693CPU311 is an embedded CPU that can be used for the Series 90-30 of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). This five (5) slot baseplate CPU includes an 80188 processor with 10 Megahertz of speed. The IC693CPU311 contains a configurable user program memory of 6 kilobytes. The IC693CPU311 includes EPROM, EEPROM, and RAM to store and save CPU firmware and user data. The IC693CPU311 has 160 discrete input/output connection points and is soldered and stuck on the backplane board in the baseplate. The IC693CPU311 supports many communication protocols such as Ethernet, Profibus, FIP, GBC, GCM+, and GCM modules.
